Everything was very solid but was expecting more based off the photos. The room was clean but outdated. The photos make it seem nicer than it is, but overall was a good stay for a night.

They say you get what you pay for, and at this price, I consider our stay very high value. The property had some areas that were obviously aged and/or was in the progress of renovation. But it was largely clean, usable, and comfortable. The booking process and check in was super smooth and quick. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was at a bare minimum but hey we enjoyed every bite, and if there was any spill or shortage of muffins, there was staff to clean things up or restock immediately - much appreciate them! The walls weren’t sound proof but we barely heard noises - so we appreciated our neighbours. All the amenities in the room were functional: fridge was cold, microwave worked, shower was nice and hot. What else would we ask for? Maid service was nice and clean. I did notice some towels had old stains, but they were clean. The room was spacious for our family of four. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The room service was great. They came to our room everyday and cleaned it, made our room tidy. But they did it when we were not at home. I am not sure if I should be worried about it. The negative things that I want to mention is their breakfast. It was the same menu every single day of my 4 days stay. They should have some diversified items. Also, they have renovation ongoing in their ground floor. At least they could provide some mask so that guests can use the corridor safely. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay. Close to NY City and the parking facilities is great.

This placed looked like a roach motel. The surrounding area was sketchy, fortunately the staff was nice. However, I woke up with bites on my skin.

Breakfast is extremely limited, just bread and/or cereal. The smell of mold is very strong. Mold under the room telephone. Television constantly hacked via airplay. Night shift worker was not helpful and rudely mouthy. All entrance/exit door are open 24/7. Bedroom door are all kicked in. Ceiling leaking water. Ants carrying dead roach down the hallway. Bed was comfortable and price was at $315.24 Friday-Sunday.
