"We enjoyed our stay overall.The inside of the house looks exactly like the pictures. Cozy with cool decor and fun additions like a foosball table, chess and board games. The water gets nice and hot and the house is nicely air conditioned. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Its fairly local to shopping, Busch Gardens, Beaches, Riverwalk, Aquariums, Food and much more. Its odd, there's only 1 TV in the entire house with 4 bedrooms. Me, my hubby and the girls had to take turns choosing what to watch when we were at the house. Unsure if they offer military discount. I messaged the owner about a week prior to booking but they never replied. As a matter of fact, I finally had to message the owner again the day before the trip because I hadn't received any communication with details about my stay (Like how to get in, wifi details and checkout requirements. On day 3 of our stay, we finally found a board with the wifi information in a corner in the laundry room. I think that a welcome email of some sort would be a better experience.) Overall, this was a good experience and I would definitely stay with this host again. "

"In town for a family wedding. Host was great with communication. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed."

"The property was spacious. The owner was very responsive to the issues we had. Clenliness could have been better. Make sure you check the bedding and sheets before crawling into it. It wasn't clean. The pool and pool area were dirty. The owner had it cleaned on our 3rd day there. If you have a large party, make sure to ask for extra towels. Overall, the stay wasn't bad. Quiet neighborhood, nice outdoor furniture and fire pit, saltwater pool was nice to swim in."

"This rental was a great place and really enjoyed my stay. Did not use the pool due to it being February but would have it was warmer weather. The place was clean and was easy to access. Definitely will look into renting again on my next trip to see my daughters in Tampa."
