"My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. "The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two."

The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves...

"We had an amazing stay at this 2 bedroom apartment in Derry! The home was spotless and well appointed, with comfy furniture and beds. We also took advantage of the in-home gym. Richie and Lisa, the hosts, were highly responsive and kind, which made the stay even better. Derry is close to a number of great attractions, including Canobie Lake Park and Manchester. It was a delightful visit and we would definitely come back!"
