    "Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers."

    "The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word. The pool is tiny - not more than 5 people can be in there comfortably and the rooms were okay but nothing special. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop but you don't have to stay in the hotel to go to the rooftop. Don't reccomend."

    "I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly ."
