Second time staying here and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and have windows. Ac works well and the staff is very friendly. Location is pretty close to many things and there is a lovely park and cafe right across the street.

This is an old Palace turned into a hotel. The hotel is central and near to everything. The room was very large and clean and had everything you needed. The staff were fantastic and friendly. This is highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the area and the room. I was worried that the busy park outside would keep me up, but the room is actually very quiet. The area has a lot to offer very walkable and close to shopping and food.

Staying at this historic hotel in Bairro Alto was an unforgettable experience. The building is full of charm and character, beautifully restored while preserving its original details. This bed and breakfast is historic and by no means modern, but is very charming and the large rooms, along with the friendly staff more than make up for it. The location is great with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Everything was clean and service was great, would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful post-cruise stay at Casa do Principe! This was our second stay here in three years and we look forward to returning! We are talking classical old-world charm here, a taste of royal elegance, high ceilings, hardwood floors and (be sure to look up) ceilings that are works of art! We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in a very charming room! The location was great ... a lovely park across the street and a 20-25 minute walk to city center or the water front, never mind the hills / down out the door, uphill on your return! The staff is outstanding, especially Antonio at the check-in desk! He greeted us upon our arrival and was most accommodating, answering all of our questions and offering guidance -- all things Lisbon!

Fabulous hotel in a great area

A beautiful hotel in a lovely area opposite the Royal Prince Garden. We enjoyed drinks from a cafe next to gardens each evening. Despite being a busy area, noise was not a problem with the windows closed. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful. Would certainly return!
