"An excellent B&B, location is close to many good restaurants and at a walking distance to downtown Lisbon, my room (Coronation Room) was overlooking the Botanical Garden and the rooftops of Lisbon, very quiet. Bathroom was modern, everything was spotless and well maintained. I had a great, relaxing stay."

"Good hotel in prime location. Stone’s throw away from Rossio square Christmas market and shopping area. Many dining options as well. The rooftop views are amazing. Supermarket under the hotel was very convenient. Also, tram 28 starts from the hotel, hence convenient to get a seat. Surprise dessert and wine upon check-in was a nice touch. We even got 1 free drink each from their lobby bar."

"The room was very clean and had a comfortable, contemporary modern interior. The closet had six doors and was spacious and easy to use. The bathroom had two washbasins, which was convenient for two people to use at the same time. Toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps were provided. Tea bags and an electric kettle were also provided. "Good location. The room is clean and spacious with very good sound proof, very comfortable mattress and big bed for two. Breakfast is ok, staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing to bear in mind is that you may need to wait for sometime to have the room if you arrive at the hotel before 3pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
