"The pictures online look much different than what the property actually looks like. The property didn’t seem to be in a great area, and when we tried to check in around 10pm we found that the hotel had given our room away. They claimed they had tried to contact us, but when I said we had booked through the app they then said they had tried to contact us through the hotels.com app. They claimed not to have any room left that night, which we decided was probably for the better anyway."

"1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. "
