"This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s located near lots of restaurants and easy access to highways. I will definitely stay again. It’s very quiet. The only issue I had was parking up front from the construction workers that stayed there taking those spots."

"The food was average breakfast fare but the breakfast room was outside of our bedroom in a hallway on the second floor. The weirdest setup we’ve ever seen. The woman who prepared everything was wonderful. Otherwise, we were comfortable there. "

"Property was historic and interesting. Beautiful backyard seating area with tall trees. Grab and go breakfast was sufficient. Great location. Friendly hosts. Parking area was distant from the house over uneven ground with insufficient lighting. Also, there were not enough parking spaces for the number of guests. We had to park on a public street 2 blocks away. While the interior of the historic house was well done, it was a bit cramped and the room itself was somewhat claustrophobic. There were three floors and no elevator. the stairways to the upper floors were quite steep and very narrow. In summary, we felt that this property was not suitable for anyone with limited mobility and there should be some mention of this either by the reservation taker or the marketing materials for the property."

"Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would have to contact them for a refund. I did so that evening, and Expedia said that they would have to have the approval of the hotel before they could issue a refund. They said that they had contacted the hotel, and that the hotel would not agree to the refund, a direct contradiction to what I had been told by the people at the the hotel. I strongly recommend that no one should book a room at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that you avoid using Expedia. Neither the hotel or Expedia acted with honor."

"Is run down compared 2 chain hitels. But quiet and clean unlike domr chain properties. And th cost is worth it. Its like thr old drive up to ypur room hotels. Pastries for am breakfast but didnt stay "

"Check-in was very easy. They reserved a quiet corner room for us. What we did not like: the room heating/Air system was very noisy and not working well. We did not like the sign saying not allow to take any food out from the breakfast area. We never stayed any hotels with a sign not allowing to take food out. If you have a handicapped member, who cannot come to the kitchen area, or who needs to go to work early, are you saying that they are not allowed to eat breakfast at the hotel?"
