« A/C not working. Bath stained »

« The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything else was just fine. However, what's up with the placement of the faucets in the bathroom sink? »

« Was told I’d have a ground floor room but when I checked in it was on the second floor. When we got to the room there was a big piece of broken glass on the table house keeping was actually in the room across from us she was excellent we examined the window it wasn’t broken and didn’t look like it had just been replaced. The floor didn’t seem to have any glass on it. Have no idea where it came from »

« Room was clean and comfortable »

« sejour d une nuit sur réserve en dernière minute très bonne surprise »

« This building has not been well maintained. It's time for repairs all around. »

« La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle pour des raisons de traitement chimique. Considérant que nous avions réservé cet endroit POUR sa piscine, ce fut une expérience désagréable. Just a bit disappointed that the usually very warm pool was cool, due to a heater problem, with no known fix date. This is unfortunate, since I usually recommend this place for relatives to stay (who appreciate a pool break). Note: an offer was made for me to use another hotel pool as a replacement. Reception and breakfast staff exceptionnal, and helpful. »

« Ok »

« It was quite clean. No 'staff' to deal with. Kitchen and bath area quite clean and adequate. I'm 6-foot, 0-inches tall. Shower stall had a direct, overhead 8" shower-head, maybe 6 foot, 4 inches high... would prefer a hand-held shower head, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, ceilings in Kitchen and Bath/Shower room areas were quite adequate and could stand straight with plenty of ceiling space. Banged my head pretty well on the low ceiling portion in first 5 minutes of entering...
