« The property is a real-life example of the best of human creativity. The design quality and details were unbelievable. The natural setting and landscaping were heavenly. Didn’t end up having time to meet the owners and tour the farm, although we would have loved to! They were excellent to communicate with. We felt cared for and rejuvenated during our stay. It’s a dream for kids and grown-ups alike. This is a one-of-a-kind experience. »

« The perfect little hideaway clean porta potty and friendly owners made my stay so enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back. »

« This was a great place to stay! »

« We had a wonderful time at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was perfect! We easily walked to all of our events in downtown Jonesborough. »

« Experienced an awesome night time summer thunderstorm with all the pyrotechnics of a “Thor” movie!Near Rogersville Amis Mill Historic properties. »

« quiet area. Place looked great. Very nice stay. »

« Everything was nice and clean. The online pictures were exactly as it was in person. Great stay! »

« Thank you for sharing your wonderful property that is in such a beautiful and relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your home is very comfortable and has everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. We hope to book again when our travels bring us to Johnson City. »

« Honestly we rented this property because it was the only one available on such short notice. The house was nice and properly described on VRBO. Having only 1 bathroom presented some issues and the busy street that apparently leads to the hospital was interesting. Several times (day and night) an ambulance came down the street with sirens on. It wasn't a huge deal for us but could be a problem for people who struggle going back to sleep. »

« We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the front porch and the location was perfect for our visit with our son who is studying at a local university. »

« Our stay was great! The house worked perfectly for us. If i had to say anything the furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable and the queen mattress could be softer. And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs! »

« The place was great for our family to stay for a wedding. The only complaint is the driveway is a little steep. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely would use again if needed. »

« An amazing stay while we were in town visiting family! The space was immaculate, cozy and very comfortable. Everything was wonderful! »

« Lovely home! The stay was amazing and there was great communication! »

« I booked a weekend trip for my parents and they really enjoyed it!! Their favorite thing was sitting in the patio together and drinking coffee while overlooking the river »

« House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented. »

« We had a lovely trip, everything in the house was perfect! »
