« I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...

« This place was filthy, and since I rushed during completing my reservation, I didn’t notice the smoking rooms, so our room was a smoking room and was filthy, random hairs and stink bugs everywhere. It was horrible. »

« Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps...

« La chambre réservée sentait horriblement la cigarette et nous avons demandé à changer. L'autre chambre ne sentait pas mais la propreté au sol laissait à désirer. La femme de ménage passe dans les chambres avec sa cigarette allumée sur le chariot avec la porte ouverte. Même pas un coup de balai. Le bruit de l'autoroute permet de couvrir le bruit du frigo et des chambres voisines. A éviter »
