"The room was great, amenities were fabulous, the staff were amazing, from Ruth who checked us in the night we arrived, to the bartender who made one of the best espresso martinis I had the pleasure of drinking. The bartender was also working at the rooftop pool bar the following day and made a special birthday cocktail for me. I wish I remembered his name. Anthony at breakfast always took care of us and made sure to check in us and offer insight on where to go and how to get there. The concierge who was very patient and called around to make bookings for my birthday dinner at the last minute. Thank you to the staff at the resort for making sure I had cake on my birthday. You were super. My only downside was the toilet door being very difficult to open. We got stuck a few times. But the overall experience was amazing."

"From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and although we were initially given a first floor room, the staff happily moved us to a fifth floor room with a balcony, no hassle at all. The rooms were very comfortable, but the real standout was the staff, super friendly, helpful, and truly fantastic, thank you to you all. Having access to the pool across the road was a great bonus and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Malta who doesn’t want to be in the heart of Valetta old town. "
