WLAN hat ein eher langsames bzw. schwaches Signal, dadurch ist das Teilen von Fotos und Videos etwas schwierig. »

« Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not...

My flight arrived early and Mario and his team were able to have the room ready before the standard check in time. "Suite à une panne de voiture nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à notre reservation . Nous avons tenté de joindre l'hotel mais en vain, d'autant que le numero sur leur site est faux. Nous avons envoyé un mail, resté sans reponse. J'ai dû contacté hotel.com pour faire le lien et demander si nous pouvions reporter notre réservation, l'hotel a refusé ! Je trouve cela dommage et peu commercant ! Répondre reste la moindre des politesses. "
