"We spent three nights at this hotel, whic has a convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. It's a high-traffic facility with inevitable wear & tear--for example: only the 5th floor ice machine worked, our room's drapes needed replacement, and outdoor ashtrays were full of butts. However the cleanliness standards are high and it's an affordable option considering the location. An abundance of shopping and dining is nearby although the area is choked by traffic. We would probably stay here again."

"This is perfect for a layover stay. Affordable. Clean room and linens. Clean bathroom and great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Don't expect a grand spread for the breakfast."

"Since we were traveling with our adult son we chose a loft room as it has a single pullout bed in the lower level. The lofts are in the basement. There is a high window by the stairs that is at street level. To make it private the glass is covered with an opaque scene of NY. It felt a bit dark and dungeony, to be honest. But it was clean and met our needs. Since the hotel is close to our daughter in Bushwick we will try again in a traditional room. I’m betting the upper floors are much nicer. My son liked the gym! The roof deck was closed due to rain, bummer. Staff were helpful and we found parking right outside the door on the street."

"The hotel was built in a very high crime area and drugs and lots of homeless people there's really no restaurants to eat at The hotel don't have inside restaurant streets are very dangerous street parking only no garage please read signs very carefully or you will get tickets or be tow I had to walk three blocks back to the hotel at night because there was no parking anywhere The hotel does need microwave in all rooms it would be very helpful, other than that it's a very beautiful hotel inside just a really bad area that they build it in not show when parking garage will be ready probably next year sometime The breakfast was very delicious good choices all and all the stuff was very very friendly very hopefully I had on my stay 2 young man they was amazing . and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby to drink and please to owners you need security at the hotel desperately.no swimming pool ,do have gym and laundry room."
