« We loved the unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue we had was for check in, we were supposed to receive an email with the code to the unit door. When we received the email, the code was not there. We messaged through the Avari app and received no answer at all. We called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 mins, we finally spoke with someone. She could not find a code to that unit at all. She eventually told us how to locate the keys to the unit which was successful....

« We loved our stay here! Communication with owner was great! The condo was within walking distance of the marina, tons of shops and lots of food places. We enjoyed live music from the outside venue across the street from our balcony. Very relaxing stay! »

« The Condo is well decorated and steps from the beach. Weather was cool, but we did manage walks on the beach daily. Also visited Port St Joe (Provisions Restaurant very good for the prices), Apalachicola (very picturesque), Cape San Blas and St George Island. There were some glitches - The pool / hot tup did not work. With cool weather, enjoying the hot tub would have been wonderful. The elevator didn't work.
