"Was not informed about the breakfast. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. I had called about the airport shuttle prior to arrival and couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel."

"Great value for the money. Comfy beds and and a nice bath tub in the room with great water pressure and very hot water! Toilets were very low to the ground and took some getting used to. Other than that the hotel was great and was located in a great neighborhood with lots of eating options close by. I would book again if my travels ever brought me to Greensboro again."

"You get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely clean the area is definitely safe and the Price is beyond reasonable. With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."

"Honestly and true void others to pass unhealthy experience. At the beginning of my stay was great. Separate from the noice of the airline arriving. Friendly staffs and easy point to go in and out of the hotel. The very disappointing events occurred was that there were next door neighbor who were screaming and yelling banging on the walls and the door making a lot of noice at 2:00am. The police was called twice to stop the disturb this neighbors were causing, when the police left, one of the conflicting neighbor thru a heavy object to the room window and cracked it badly. It is a shame how unhealthy people snick into a good hotel and bring their problems to an establishment that is only there to give a good rest place for others on the road. A big advice to the manager… PLEASE PUT BIG SIGNS IN EVERY ROOM AND THE PARKING LOT THAT BAD BEHAVIOR AND DISTURBINGY SITUATION ARE NOT TOLERATE IN THIS HOTEL. ANY DISTURBING WILL BE REPORTED TO POLICE ENFORCEMENT” These signs in your establishment including each room and guess room and dinning area shows. It will help to filter those unhealthy misbehave ones who doesn’t understand the respect of others. The disturbing behavior should not be tolerated. I lost a full night of sleep because of this insistent. I just want to mention to other travels to beware of this type of misbehavior not to tolerate and report right away before escalate to a unhealthy environment. This hotel is very good, good staffs and good food. "
