The pool was working but closed and when the staff was asked they said it was because management wasn’t there until Tuesday to ask if they could open it. This was the main reason we booked was do an indoor pool and breakfast. "

We when to the front deskto tell them where they got super defensive and told my husband that he should call the cops. All we wanted was new sheets. After making our beds the smoke detector started to go off, we went back down to the front desk and all they did was give us a battery. They are very unprofessional."
