"The furniture is dated, the sofa should be replaced. The garbage disposal did not work. Opening the dish washer forced us to air the place out and use a strong air freshener. We had to clean the debris from the patio to use it. we had to buy batteries for the remote. The TV has an annoying circle brightness in the middle of the screen. Oh, it may attract people who like trains since the tracks were right behind a house next door. Perhaps making a mention of that would help. The whistle...

"Hot water need little work on. Restroom had mark urine on the toilet. Don’t know if over look the part that said after 10pm- 8am no noise. Just make sure to read the fine print. Bedroom, living room and kitchen was fine."

"This condo was perfect for our stay to see The Eagles. There was parking for our three cars and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was like new, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend maybe some sound dampening curtains in the bedrooms. Lots of ambulance sirens and train whistles. Other than that, very quiet."

"We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay."
