« The house was lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable. House was spacious and nicely remodeled. Nice open concept 1st floor. Nice screened in porch. An outside shower would keep sand from getting in...just a suggestion. Floors were a bit dusty and Needed a thorough vacuuming of due to lint from rugs, etc. »

« nice corner property, lots of room, 3 floors,very quiet , nice neighborhood and close to alot of activitys. my only complaint and this is for mostly all the places i rent no tvs in bedrooms , I had a tablet that i used but i really like a tv in my room. »

« This is a great place to gather with family. The beaches were beautiful. The park was walking distance. So many great restaurants nearby. My adult children live 3000 miles apart and this spot was the perfect place to relax and reconnect. »

I just feel bad for the owners that I have to give a 4-star on cleanliness because of wrongdoings by previous renters that was not caught by inspection prior to our arrival. « We have a great stay at this house. Rooms on both ends of the house made for enough space for everyone to relax in their rooms after a day of exploration. Living room, kitchen and dining room in the middle of the house plus a nice big sun porch. House was clean and well stocked kitchen. Kids had their own bathroom while I had mine which made for getting ready easier. Lewes beach, Fort Miles (WW2 battery) and Rehoboth Boardwalk/beach all about 20 minutes away. Fun mini golf, go karts and water...
