The bellhop, the reception, the greeter, the restaurants, the cleaning staff and everyone in this resort, our hands-down, the most nicest people we’ve ever met. To Bagus at the reception, Arianni who took care of us at the international buffet. The one of the best spa day, and to Lea, who made all the reservations and made sure our special wedding anniversary was the most memorable one from our room set up and to Leny at the Balinese Theatre. And lastly, the best surprise was a love song prepared by Manesa to commemorate our special day at dinner. Words cannot express how grateful we are to everyone that was part of this special day, Thank you to all of you! We’ll definitely be back. "
