"The room was excellent. The bathroom was a bit dated, but it was still great. The pool was nice. The area outdoors behind the pool was very I maintained. It would have been nice to be able to lay in the sun after a dip in the pool. Having said that, it wasn't a feature I was aware of before booking, so it was not a loss. We will definitely stay there again. "

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The suite was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — just what we needed after a day of exploring the city. The beds were cozy, the linens were fresh, and we really appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries and a well-stocked coffee station. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering local recommendations or answering questions, they made me feel truly welcomed. The location was also ideal — close to downtown, restaurants, and waterfront attractions, but still quiet enough."

"Found some pieces of hair on one of our queen beds and bathroom floor. I am not a picky person depending on the amount of hair present but then also found some on the bathroom floor which was urking. This should be standard to have cleaned but I was there only one night so didn’t complain. Staff was real nice and helpful. Breakfast served was qreat as it had the basics and was fresh. I really enjoyed their self pancake maker. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would stay here again if I visit Napanee again. "
