"The person-less registration is a bad idea, particularly in a place where cell connection and wifi are weak. I did not receive the emailed instructions before starting out on the drive to this remote location. Spent more than an hour trying to get into our room when we arrived. No on-site staff to help... waited for return calls... code didn't work and had to wait again, and so forth. Hire actual humans to work the registration! It costs enough to afford that!"

"The only problem we had was there was nowhere for our dog to go to the bathroom. And no outside trash cans to put the poop bags in. Other than that, the pillows were extremely comfortable and they had coffee in the room. They did not have a hairdryer."
