"Pool and pool deck were filthy. No towels in pool room. Pool was over capacity. Shower in our room could have been cleaned better. Check in was a long wait. Staff we’re friendly. "

"The check in was quick. Front desk is friendly. However, the room is abit of outdated.. the water pressure of shower is not strong. Next day, i found a dead insect in bathtub "

"The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Once we got to the room, that is when we started to have some concerns. The outside door to enter was broken and not locking properly, but it was fixed by the next morning. The inside door to our room looked like it had been kicked in a few times and the door frame was in really rough shape and poorly fixed. It was convenient having access to the parking lot via the patio door, but it too was falling apart and the handle was hanging on by one screw. "

"Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable bed. Our only issue was we found the morning front desk agent to be unhelpful and abrasive, perhaps she isnt a morning person. (?) The evening agent (checkin) was not knowledgeable of the history of the inn, (crucial in a 200 year old home) when asked he just shrugged and pointed to a poster on the wall and left the room. He also knew nothing of our Expedia VIP booking, and again shrugged so any VIP perks were nil. Other than the staff - the property was wonderful. Likely would not stay again."
