Das umfangreiche und frische Frühstücksangebot und der tolle Aussenpool mitten im Grünen, umgeben von blühenden Blumen und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Lecher Hausberg Omeshorn, sind für mich weitere Highlights. »

« Bon séjour, mais le terme 5 étoiles est un peu exagéré, car les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, (il faisait plus de 30 degrés, dans la chambre durant la nuit, pas de fruits dans la chambre par exemple non-plus, d'autre part, attention, malheureusement, le forfait 2 jours, 21 euros, pour les téléphériques et autres, n'est pas inclus, c'est vraiment dommage, car un aller retour, en bas, à Lech, vous revient déjà à 20 euros, pour 2 personnes, alors que tout cela est inclus dans beaucoup de...

« Ein sehr schönes erstes Mal in diesem Hotel, wo wir wie Könige empfangen wurden: Sabina und Mark kümmern sich darum, den Aufenthalt fantastisch zu gestalten. Aufmerksam und sehr freundlich gehen sie professionell auf alle Anfragen ein und erleichtern die Entdeckung dieser wunderschönen Region erheblich. Das Wartungspersonal hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Une très belle première fois dans cette hôtel où nous avons été...

"Pensant profiter d'une nuit dans un bel environnement, cela a vite tourné au cauchemar et cet établissement n'est adapté ni aux réservations de dernière minute ni en basse saison. Ayant réservé en dernière minute via une plate-forme tiers, il a été impossible de joindre un membre de l'équipe tant par le téléphone, par whatsapp que par la messagerie du voyagiste... Arrivé sur place, pas de réception ouverte en basse saison... aucune indication pour la chambre... avec difficulté (et ayant réalisé le check-in en ligne), quelqu'un finit par nous téléphoner (après plus de 30 minutes sur place pour trouver une solution). L'employé qui vient ouvrir ne parlant que allemand, heureusement que les téléphones ont des applications de traduction. Le petit-déjeuner est basique mais correct. Après toutes ces déceptions, nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir un mail nous demandant de payer une facture... d'une chambre déjà payée... au final, un manque total de professionnalisme... dommage..."
