This immaculate, newly remodeled 2nd-floor suite is located in the center of town and allows for easy access to shops, restaurants, and whatever current festivals and events are taking place at the time -right out the door! Upon entering, you will discover this contemporary space is both cheerful and inviting. It boasts 2 guest bedrooms that are well appointed with fine quality linens that will lure you off to a blissful night\`s sleep after a fun-filled day out. The full kitchen comes equipped with all you need to prepare delicious meals and then serve them up in style at the dining table that seats 6\. When you are ready to kick up your heels and cozy in, the living room has a Smart TV with basic cable and streaming abilities for you to watch your favorite show or tune into a long-awaited game. There you will also find a sofa-sleeper that can be used as an additional sleeping area. Please note that this unit has a low beam in the living area (6-foot clearance in one place) and low ceiling height in the bedrooms so vertically advantaged guests may need to use caution when navigating in some areas of this home. There is a full sized bathroom and a separate laundry room included to round out this fantastic suite. Experiencing town has never been so easy! For larger groups, there is an adjoined studio suite available for rent separately that sleeps 4. House Rules: No Smoking Allowed. No Events Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 6 guests Must be 25 or older to reserve (unless the guest has at least three positive reviews). Please Note: There is 1 assigned parking space. This location is in the heart of downtown and can be noisy! We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help mitigate disturbances from the bar downstairs as well as general street noise. Light sleepers and travelers with children will want to consider this when booking. The sofa bed is a full and is only suited for small children. If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. One designated parking spot right by the entrance. Entering the unit was a relief, no bad/odd odors. Outside temp was 100 F but inside was refreshing 71\. Even with direct sunlight shining down through the skylights, there were no hot surfaces. Loved the full-size refrigerator/freezer. Although the building is older, the space was professionally remodeled. The feel was very modern and clean. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town. We would stay here again. The Inn has three suites, A/B/C. A is in the front of the building with entry on 8th. B & C are in the back facing the parking lot. Not much of a view. C is the main floor with B upstairs. The guest(s) in C had the TV playing loudly but we didn't hear it when we were in our unit, only when entering/exiting the building. It seems there is a connecting door between the upstairs units, A & B. That is only a guess since it was locked. Not shown in the photos is a heavy sound-dampening blanket covering that door and a portion of that wall. I didn't take a photo of the blanket but I am posting a photo of the door I am referring to, which is between the dining area and the kitchen. During our stay it sounded like there was a guest staying in Suite A that we could hear if we were standing in that area. That was a bit weird so we spent most of our time in the living room. Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Richard L. 5 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Uncomfortable layout; should NOT advertise it sleeps 6 The property was decent overall -- clean, expected appliances, amenities, etc., however it's a very small space that has some pretty significant drawbacks:1) The listing says it sleeps six, and while there \*is\* a fold out bed in the living room it is NOT a "double" nor a "full" as listed, but a small loveseat with a little trundle mattress that \*maybe\* would fit a 7 year old and 5 year old (main total sleeping area is \*maybe\* 5 feet by 3 feet).2) The only bathroom in the unit is on the kitchen side of the living room, which means all guests have to pass within a foot of the fold out bed in the living room in order to use the bathroom -- this means that if there is anyone sleeping on the fold out bed they will very likely be woken up repeatedly by others as they pass through the area.3) The low ceilings in the bedrooms make them feel kind of claustrophobic -- this, like the fold out bed size, is alluded to in the listing, but the actual experience isn't all that pleasant -- I'm 5'8" and my son is 5' 10" and we both felt like we almost had to duck when moving around the bedrooms. It's overall just a cramped space.Bottom line: 4 small-to-medium sized adults can fairly comfortably use this space -- more than that will definitely not be comfortable. ##### Richard L. I was so beyond pleased with this listing! The apartment was warm, beautifully decorated, and right in town. With a parking spot to boot!
