« Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. « I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down. »
