Ft., Walk to Clubhouse Pool, Parking for Trailers Welcome to your new favorite vacation home located in the highly popular Powder House Pass area aptly named Happy Trails! You'll love the fully paved roads to the property, walking distance over to the communal clubhouse with two pools, fire-pit, shuffleboard and pool table and more! The longer driveway is great for parking trucks/trailers and it's right across the street from subdivision overflow parking lot making it perfect for additional trucks/trailers with your ATVs, side-by-sides, or snowmobiles! The cabin is perfectly situated on a property full of trees, making you feel like you're away from it all but with great access to so many fun things to do in the area. You can enjoy a starry night sky while sitting in the hot tub, view local wildlife as it roams through the yard, or sit by the fire on the table fire-pit. With over 2420 sq. ft. inside spread across 3 levels, a partially covered deck, and a spacious patio on the lower level, there's room for everyone! The living and kitchen area is surrounded with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside in, but still manages to provide an open-kitchen with a center island great for gathering everyone together with a great meal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for you and your guests like a coffee maker, crock pot/slow cooker, pots/pans, and more. There's a comfortable seating area on the main level with a TV connected to internet streaming. You'll have high-speed internet also to stay connected! There's also a nice lower level living area with a TV and comfortably decorated that walks-out to the patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit. The oversized heated garage is great for parking your vehicles or side-by-sides and there's a second fridge located in the garage for additional space. Located in the heart of the recreational corridor of the Northern Black Hills, you'll enjoy close proximity to the ATV and snowmobile trails and ATV/sled rentals located over at Recreational Springs. Trail #5 and the Mickelson trail run adjacent to the subdivision and provides easy connected access to the larger trail system in the area. Spearfish Canyon with it's rim-rock canyon walls, waterfalls, hiking and trails can be accessed in a short 5 - 10 minute drive and Deadwood is just a short 10 - 15 minute drive or taxi ride to enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife. The local ski resort, Terry Peak, is just a short 5 minute drive up to the main lodge. It has both skiing in the winter, and summer events like downhill mountain bike trails and archery contests! Main Black Hills attractions like Mount Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Keystone, Custer State Park and more are all accessed within about an hour's drive down Hwy 385\. The television in the living room was broken but it was replaced the next day. However, the people who installed the new tv stuck around for about another 30 minutes installing additional light fixtures and caulking some exterior items while we just had to kinda hang out and wait for them. The biggest issue was the hot tub was not clean. There was a green film, algae I'm hoping, covering the inside of the tub. This was the 4th time we have rented in Powderhouse Pass and this was the first time we had any issues. ##### A.J. C. Lots of activities, ping pong table, cornhole, hot tub and fire pit were used a lot. Went to the pool every evening before we ate. We hope to be back. ##### Mary Jane S. We had 6 kids between two families and the heated outdoor pools, the bags set, and the ping pong table saved the day when it was raining for 2 of the 3 days we were out in the hills.
