« Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay. »

« Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show! »

« Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel »

« It’s a cozy, clean, and cute apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location is wonderful…within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions you could want. »

« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »

« Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....

« Overall it was a very inviting stay, the apartment was very nice and very clean. The owner was open about the apartment being on the third floor which wasn't a issue for us, but I will say the stairwell is tight and seems to be steep so it could be a issue for some. »

« This is one of the best rentals I have experienced, probably since I began using these types of services. The host communicated quickly (even on Sunday) and didn't have a bunch of fluff to make check in or check out frustrating. If I am in the Baltimore area again, I will definitely rent from this host. Access to food, entertainment and shopping. What more could you need, thank you! »

« We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to many of DC’s major attractions, as well as nearby stores and shops that made everything super convenient. It was a great home base for exploring the city! The only disappointments were that the coffee maker was broken when we arrived and the microwave was unfortunately unusable. However, we really appreciated how quickly the host responded and arranged to have the coffee maker replaced during our stay. Communication...
