« My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away »

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour même si certains aspects nous ont déçus.En effet, un feu était allumée dans le poêle à notre arrivée mais la porte du garage était ouverte et l'est restée durant tout le séjour. Il y avait énormément de désordre à l'intérieur, ce qui laisse une premiere impression mitigée. De plus, la propreté de la maison était relative, surtout la cuisine qui semblait n'avoir pas été nettoyée (nombreuses traces sales sur les fours, emballage et bocal vide sur le rebord de la fenêtre...). Enfin, une serviette était souillée, ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris.Sinon la maison est confortable, vaste et bien équipée sauf la cafetiere dont il manquait le recipent en verre, impossible donc de faire du café ! Très très décevant....Nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes mais la communication via Abritel était aisée. Si le ménage avait été effectué, notre séjour aurait été davantage apprécié. "
