    The Space:

    Step inside this fully renovated oasis and be greeted by a fresh and modern interior that's been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom.



    The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area seamlessly connected to a delightful outdoor al fresco space. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.



    The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and plenty of storage, including a handy dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.



    The bedrooms boast comfy queens sized beds and built-in wardrobes, providing ample space for your belongings. Winter time we offer extra doona’s, blankets and electric blankets for extra warmth. You'll wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day.



    The large bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, ensuring you have options to suit your preferences. It's a spa-like oasis where you can relax and rejuvenate.



    This property is located just minutes from the CBD, Riverbend Park, Silos Hotel, Seaport and UTAS Stadium.

    Guests will have access to the whole home



    Other Things to Note:

    No parties please. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.



    • Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



    • Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



    • Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.



    *For same-day bookings, a 3:00 PM check-in may not always be possible due to our cleaning schedule. We will have the property ready for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
