Luxurious 3 br home in a quiet cul-de-sac with 5 beds, 2.5 baths. All rooms have ceiling fans. Backyard is stunning with an oversized pool and plenty of room to enjoy your stay. House is 7 - 10 minutes from the Strip, the new Sphere and very close to the airport, Allegiant Stadium, TMobile Arena and Downtown. 2 spacious living rooms with 75" TV, fireplace and cozy couches. There's plenty parking space for an RV or multiple vehicles. House has been decorated in a traditional European style. Why reserve with us, our prices are reasonable for the service we provide. We include amenities for children and babies upon request. Don’t wait Vegas is waiting for you! Quiet place near the strip

this property is a fully furnished house with a pool (we ended up not swimming due to evening temperatures). Very quiet cul de sac; the house had comfotable beds and furniture. AC worked well. the hot tub is not working, but that was a minor problem.

Listing was inaccurate and did not work

Listing stated three bedroom three and a half bathroom. Property is actually three bedroom two and 1/2 bathroom. Spa was not functional and manager wanted to charge 50 to turn on which was nowhere in the listing. They proceeded to let us know that it would be turned on but that ended up just being really just a run around. Property offered no reconciliation other than a 40 discount on a future visit. I will not be going back and I hope other good vrbo patrons will be weary.I feel that if listing was accurate from the beginning then I could have chosen from a wide variety of three bedroom two and a half bathrooms with no spa at a significantly lower price.

Las Vegas treasure

Planned a birthday trip to Vegas when there was a rodeo in town! We wanted to stay on the strip for a first time adult children trip but rooms were filling up fast and outrageously priced for our budget and needs. We found this wonderful home close to everything and Uber’d our way around. The property is exactly as described except for the hot tub not included, but not a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable. I can’t overstate how well appointed the amenities are included. Some places we’ve rented require an immediate trip to the store for basic toilet paper, etc. Not here! Single serve coffee, all the toiletries one would need & then some, along with condiments. The large pantry provides for any small appliance or cooking & serving needs, with extra towels for kitchen/bath. We were welcomed with Christmas and surprise birthday decor along with an electric fireplace and music, as well as a basket with fruit and snacks. It immediately felt like home. We started and ended each day by the pool with a beverage of choice and struggled with a nasty hole on the putting green. It was nice to enjoy the hustle of Vegas yet return to a comfortable home on a quiet street.Sergio and Maria were quick to respond with restaurant and other places nearby. And when the desert climate parched us, a fresh bottle for the water dispenser was dropped off the next day. Rent with confidence that you will not be disappointed in the host or the home. It would be a great to stay in warmer months as well.

Large home with plenty of room

Home had plenty of room for my family. Master room was separate from other rooms for privacy. Lovely backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, and mini golf area with plenty of sitting areas. Nice, quite, and safe neighborhood.

Spacious & Clean House

This house had everything we wanted and then some for our group of four adults. We enjoyed a few days at this spacious rambler in Las Vegas and it was exactly what we wanted...very clean, three bedrooms, multiple baths, large kitchen and a very clean pool. It even had room to accommodate a 32ft RV. This will be our first choice when checking for places in Vegas for the future.

Week with the Family

The property had everything a family would need to enjoy them selves. Rooms that would allow each person privacy and what they needed to relax. The negative was that the neither the pictures or description told of the steps up and down between most of the rooms. As a person with limited mobility, this was a big issue for me. Also the shower was not easy to use for me. I would suggest either mentioning the steps, which even the back yard had, or making sure the pictures showed them. The process was great and in a centrally located neighborhood, so for many families this would be ideal.
