We hope to host you soon! By booking, you agree to all house rules: \- \*\* Heating the pool or jacuzzi costs $5 an hour to heat, flat rate\*\* This is the cost of gas that the city charges us. It takes about 1 hour to fully heat the jacuzzi, and it takes about 16 hours to fully heat the pool. It is the same rate to keep hot once fully heated. I will send a separate message with instructions on how to heat the pool and jacuzzi. If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out. Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a fine. Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and Events - Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Henderson quiet hours starting at 10pm are observed. You can still go outside and have a normal conversation at this time, but loud conversations will exceed the noise limit imposed by the City of Henderson. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Occupancy - City of Henderson restricts up to 12 adults and children to sleep in the home at once. The day of check-in, I asked to drop off my luggage early, which the host kindly allowed. The Cleaner texted me at 3 PM and said that the property would not be ready until 430\. I arrived at 5 PM only to find that she was still cleaning and making the beds and didn’t leave until around 6:30\. She shared unrelated personal issues that made the situation, uncomfortable and unprofessional. The keypad entry didn’t work properly leaving me locked out the next day in the heat for about 15 minutes before the host responded. It failed again so that evening I left the patio door unlocked in order to be able to re-enter. I reported the problems promptly. The host offered one night refund , ( which I appreciated.) but despite saying it would be processed within 3 to 5 days, more than 10 days of past and I’ve received nothing and no response to follow up messages. Lastly, I only learned of the day of arrival that the wrong the pool costs an extra five dollars an hour something that should’ve been clearly stated in the listing upfront. Overall, the property itself was fine but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unfulfilled refund make this stay frustrating. I hope the host improves reliability and transparency for future guests. ##### Sylvie S. We tried heating the pool, but for some reason I couldn’t figure it out, and it kept turning off at nights. It takes 15 hours for the pool to heat up, so just keep checking the settings if you want the pool to stay on. Other than that, everything else was great! ##### Carol I. I would recommend you bring extra supplies limited toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Cleaning staff was still on site after our check In. Pool was very cold on arrival. Property manager called pool maintenance they attempted to fix then it was too hot to use. The local host was not very responsive but the property manager over her was great. Great beds. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely with televisions in each. The kids loved the pool! We had some trouble getting control of heater for the hot tub so we were unable to use it. The host is very friendly and was easy to get a hold of. We did have some issues with the shower downstairs but it was addressed and's host offered discount for the inconvenience. It’s about 30 minutes away from the strip and Ubers cost around 45 each way but was worth it being away from the strip. We stayed a group of 10 and slept very comfortably and spaced out. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying.
