"All was great . Margaritas at happy hour superb. Great hamburger we split and had by the pool. Enjoyed breakfast at 6 a.m. Convenient location to the airport with very nice shuttle driver. Very close to Adobe car rental as well. 100% on all staff at restaurant, hotels, tours The Costa Ricans are charming. "

"The worst hotel I ever been. Food was terrible, dinning room area disgraceful. The website lied about having 2 dinning areas. The place should be shut down. I'll give them -2"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and kind the entire time. My daughter has lots of allergies and they were super accommodating and clearly found joy where they are. I LOVE that everything is close and the fact that it’s all inclusive especially when you have a two year old that either will eat everything or nothing. I could not have had the luxuries I had without having just paid the all inclusive. It was great. The food was always absolutely impeccable. Best food I’d ever had. I missed it when j got back home so many different options, so healthy, so yummy. I am definitely coming back. "

"Overall a very nice property but it could take things to the next level for the price. For example, my family of four was always only given 3 towels every day even when we consistently asked for 4. Dinner reservations were difficult to get and impossible for our larger friend group who met us there. Nightlife was a little lacking. There were activities but nothing that exciting. The sports bar shut down the audio on the night of the final four basketball games for a county music performer when everyone in the area just wanted to watch the games. Staff was overall friendly, but we’ve been to other resorts where it felt more genuine. Again, overall we can’t complain. We had a wonderful vacation. Just some minor things that stood out."

"The room wasn’t clean, it was old and rundown. Although the hotel was not affiliated with the jet ski companies on the beach, they did not warn us about them either. My daughter and another friend were injured on one of their faulty jet skis. "

"Great location.. hard to get to if you fly into sjo.. prepare for 1lane 3hrs and 54 min drive. The drive is worth it for the scenic views"
