The Cap Groix Residence enjoys an ideal coastal location and offers this 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, it comprises an entrance hall with large closets, a bright living room opening onto a beautiful sea-view terrace, and a fitted and equipped kitchenette (fridge, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) opening onto another balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has two single trundle beds. There is also a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, for added convenience, the accommodation has private parking. \*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned.
