"Stayed here as we were at a kids show at the armadillo and it was nice and close for walking distance with two toddlers. The room etc was nice and clean and hotel was lovely. Reception staff were lovely. But unfortunately we ate at the restaurant and we weren’t overly impressed. We had two toddlers with dairy allergies and although I was told before arriving they can cater to this, this was not the case. The staff didn’t seem to understand and have a clue what they were doing. Same with breakfast. Also, when we offered to pay cash rather than card this seemed to confuse the staff very much. "

"Lovely hotel, the lounge area down stairs is nice and chilled. We loved the freindly and helpful staff. The lifts are abit slow, but if your patient and allow time its ok. Only one lift was working when we stayed and it was a wee wait to get a lift. However this did not take away from it being a lovely and relaxed stay."

"Wonderful amenities, beautiful property, and high quality food at The Cameron House. The spa, pool, and gym are the nicest that I’ve seen in Scotland. The food is exceptional particularly the dinners and breakfast at The Cameron Grill, and the Great Scots Bar is a wonderful setting. Rooms v well appointed as well. "

"Clean and tidy room which was heated to a comfortable temperature. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the extortionate cost to park my car in the car park of the hotel I have paid to stay at. £18 is unbelievably expensive when we were only there from 6pm to 11:45am the following day. This will definitely influence my decision about where I stay next time I am up visiting relatives in the area"
