Very nice hotel,,, staff is amazing.. spent time in the hot tub and pool area.. room was clean, breakfast was good and the cook was extremely nice. Location is great and near everything.. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.. I'll stay again for sure!!

The hotel was clean with friendly staff and convenient for our destination. It was quiet; the pool area was great for the kids. We will stay there again if we return to Lansing.

Check in was quick, very friendly and helpful staff member. The pool was warm. Both hot tub and pool were clean. Room was clean , comfortable beds. Had a great stay.

You could tell the rooms were a little dated as the entertainment center was all banged up and missing part of its finish, really bad. We found the beds were not that comfortable and pillows were extremely soft. This place has a great breakfast and full assortment of hot and cold items. Very conveniently located for the shops next to it.

We're sorry you were unable to check-in to the hotel room reserved on this reservation. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to check people in if their name does not match the reservation (as stated in the pre-arrival message sent when booked) or without a valid credit card. We must have payment before allowing anyone into a room, which is standard at all hotels.
Hotel is nice, and it’s in a great location with lots of food options a short distance away. My only complaint was the noise from the follow guests on our first night of our two night stay (LOUD laughter and talking at 0245 in the hallway and in the room next door). The first time I have ever complained to the desk staff and our second night was much quieter (that group of travelers were still in the hotel).

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. They had a salt water pool which i would have loved to try out. Our TV remote didn't work, but I'm sure they would have addressed that if we had asked them to do so. I'd definitely stay here again

Bathroom was dirty, with black mould around tub and thick dust on baseboards. Fire doors on floors 2,3 and 4 were all proper wide open. There was no decaf coffee, there was tea but no milk at the coffee station.
The bathroom sink tap was not working properly nor was remote for tv.
All in all, very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

They upcharged us on the room rate. Then blindsided me with a $50 insurance fee. The entire first floor stunk. There was corrosion build up in the pool entrance. My children wouldnt even swim in the pool because it was freezing cold. Were going to let them get in the hot tub until we noticed all the nasty skin particles and hair floating in it. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable and that would be the only positive from our stay.
