« Grosse déception avec cet hôtel. Arrivé après 23h donc obligé de téléphoner pour se faire ouvrir la porte. Difficulté de compréhension avec une personne ne connaissant pas l’hôtel. Finalement une fois à l’intérieur, à la lumière du téléphone j’ai pu trouver ma clé laissée sur le bureau avec un message illisible en allemand. Puis 20 minutes pour trouver ma chambre via un second contact téléphonique. Du coup, 40mn de Check in à minuit, et une fois dans la chambre, obligé d’écraser une...

« The best hotel ever and feel like living in a castle! The room is very big and nicely renovated. Property is huge and you can walk around to see many swans, birds, ducks etc. the breakfast buffet is amazing. You must stay here when visiting Hanover! »
