"Clean room, but just renovated. Room wouldn’t go above 67 degrees. Asked for assistance, no one came. Asked for an extra blanket, no one came. Wouldn’t say again. "

"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean, the shower stayed hot, and the water pressure was amazing. I also really liked that the room had streaming services, plus the mini kitchen and full refrigerator were a big plus. The breakfast was good and definitely convenient. My only suggestions would be adding a second elevator, since having just one in the front can be a bit inconvenient, and upgrading the gym would be nice as well. The couch was a little on the hard side, but still manageable. Overall, I’d stay here again."
