Savanna

« I have been here several times. I wasn't really into the weekend breakfasts. They offer a lot but I don't like it. I don't like omelettes or biscuits and gravy. I bought my own groceries for the fridge in my room. It made me think of how I miss my own cooking. I liked the coffee maker in the room ...they offer regular and decaf filtered bags for coffee brew. I also utilized that to make hot tea. The water pressure for the tub and shower was sufficient and delta hardware/ fixtures were...

« The room was fairly clean but smelled horribly of cigarettes. I talked to the office and they assured me it was the smell of cleaners. He gave me 3 bottles of body spray to help with the smell. I lived with smokers my whole life, was a smoker for 14 years and also worked in housekeeping for 21 years. I know what cigarette smoke smells like. Also the shower head had no way to attach to the bracket. It was tied up with a plastic bag that did not hold it even slightly. Horrible shower. It was one...

9. Super 8 by Wyndham Freeport

Freeport

« Our experience at this Super 8 was extremely disappointing. The hotel was dirty, the facilities were outdated, and the maintenance was very poor. However, the worst part of our stay was what happened to our 4-year-old son. After eating breakfast at the hotel, he developed vomiting and diarrhea that lasted for two days. He eventually needed medication and medical care before his condition began to improve. It was a very stressful and upsetting experience for our family. »

« This cabin was really cute and perfect for a couple of nights away. It was actually much nicer in person than it looked in the photos, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location was great. There is a grocery store nearby for anything you might need, and it was easy to walk the dogs. We especially enjoyed the riverside path within walking distance, which made for nice walks and a beautiful view.Overall, a cozy, comfortable stay, and we would happily come back. »
