« The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating. However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable. »

« When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both...

« Great place to stay. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The only bad thing was the boat slips. While there there were new slips of metal and concrete, the dilapidated wood slips were a safety hazard. »
