"The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities include free usage of washer and dryer. A guest needs only purchase a very reasonably priced detergent packet from the front desk. One thing I wished for is a small wash cloth in the bathroom, or that one is available upon request. There is an MTR station which is connected to the hotel reception by a foot bridge. The location in Wan Chai is incredibly convenient — easy access to transportation makes getting around Hong Kong effortless. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and having daily amenities close by made everything so comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself feels welcoming and well-run, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend!"

"The boat excellent and gave a more local experience. The host/staff was very helpful and amazing. They were very accommodating to our late arrival and helped us with any aspect of our stay we needed.The only advice would be to make it more clear about needing Sampan to access boat. I may have been wrong but found it kind of buried. The Sampan operators were also very nice and prompt.Thank you for a great experience "
