"We had an amazing stay at Populus! We booked the Poplar Two Queen corner room, which was spacious and featured massive windows with an incredible view of the tower. Beyond the stunning biophilic design and the cool carbon-positive mission, the dining was a major highlight. The food at Pasque, the lobby restaurant, was absolutely excellent. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Everything went well with check in but we were awakened early in the morning by loud construction noises right above our room! A very unpleasant wake-up call! The complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The buffet was out of many items and this was over an hour before the end of breakfast service."

"No microwave in my room. No bathroom exhaust fan. Thermostat would not go from cool to heat, only temp up and down, causing it to be very humid in our room, poor ventilation in our room, had to sleep with tiny window open listening to police sirens and gun shots all night. Valet attendant was very pushy about getting my car keys, even when we were just trying to load vehicle and leave. 57 dollars is outrageous for parking."

"The room we got was a KING SUITE and never again! We traveled from TX and stayed for a weekend for a concert HORRIBLE The couch was stained and smelled ,the chair for the table /office had food crumbs ,the POWER WENT OUT ON OUR SECOND day there, THE ENTRANCE AND LOBBY AND ROOM HAD A DIRTY STENCH to it! NEVER AGAIN"
