"It was nice staying in a new, modern hotel. It was hip, bright and well designed. Breakfast selections were above average and the staff was very attentive. The area was well over due for a hotel this size and was perfectly located for our equestrian event we attended."

"When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. We had to leave to go somewhere and later I received a call from a friend who was staying at the same hotel. When they got to their room, they found poop on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. The sheets that were on the bed had blood, hair, and crumbs on them and when checking the beds in our room, we also found hair on the sheets. When I first asked for a refund, I was told they would not give a refund for the first night. We had already paid for two nights. When I called Expedia, they were very helpful and after they called the hotel, they said we would get a full refund. We did not stay either night at that hotel."
