"We were coming for a Memorial service and on the way down we had car trouble. I called to let them know we were still on our way and would be a late check in. They kept the doors unlocked for us. When we arrived the night attendant was so kind and helpful. We didn't realize there wasn't an elevator to the 2nd floor the night attendant helped carrier our stuff up to the room, which we didn't expect her to! The staff was always polite and helpful when needed. Our rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again"

"Appreciated the $15 pet fee, which, when compared to the $30-35 fee that some cheaper hotels in the city were charging, made this specific hotel cost competitive AND I think I had a much nicer stay than other hotels would have been. The room was comfortably sized and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Everywhere smelled clean. Only complaint was that the shower didn't get as hot as my partner likes."
