« Overall the host was extremely helpful. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. We would return to this house again and I highly recommend staying at this location. »

« Our family had a wonderful stay here at Dawn and Kevin’s Sea Grass Cottage. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants, bakery, gift shops and a few blocks from the beach. The property was kept clean and the large porch and patio with seating was an added bonus.We will be back!!! »

« The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers.
