« I didn’t have the VRBO app so that presented a few issues as I thought all communication would come through emails but found out later that you need the app to see the messages. So I chased around for a bit trying to figure out how to get into my room. Once I installed the app though, I saw all the messages, including the check in information and code to get in the room. Tape is a clear hazard.no closet was available to hang clothes. Flame in fireplace could not be turned off.The sheets on the bed with the wrong size and dragged on the floor, creating a hazard when getting out of bed.On the plus side it was a beautiful view of the lake.
