« We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. « Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

« I was pleasantly surprised by how charming and roomy the space was. The host was super friendly and even helped us unload when we arrived. Everything I needed was there and easy to find, although we did need to purchase our own coffee. « The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual. »
