« My family stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is so charming and has so many places to eat and explore. It is very convenient to getting around with either car or bus. Lorie was very helpful and welcoming and available if we needed anything. Comfy beds and a nice patio to hang out on and eat dinner together. Very nice! »

« BEWARE! The photos and the description of this place were not at all representative of the actual room that we stayed in. We arrived kinda late at night and our pre-paid fees were non-refundable, or we would have gone elsewhere. So here's what we experienced: 1. This is listed as a non-smoking room. WRONG! It was obvious people smoked in the room. In fact, the room's one and only chair had about a dozen cigarette burns in it. 2. The trim around the edges of the "desk" had all been torn away,...

« Arrived late and found the room ready and quiet. The bed was surprisingly cozy, which was great for my early morning schedule. Liked that they have 24 hour reception too, it made checking in super simple. Wouldn't mind returning if I'm in the area again. »

« We found dog hair on the only two chairs that were in the room. I found a long human hair on one bed pillow, our slippers were full of dog hair from the floor, outside the door was dirty and spider webs everywhere. The bed was up against the wall making it difficult for the person close to the wall to get out of bed. No closet to hang our clothes. Sure wasn’t anything we expected, I booked for two nights but we only stayed one night. The host gave us a full refund which made it good for us. »

« We needed to be in the Irvington neighborhood and this was ideal. A Whole Foods was a 12 minute walk and Broadway, a main drag, was even closer. We used the backyard to grill and have dinner outside. Mark the host responded immediately to any query. We hope to visit Portland again and we would stay here in a minute. »

« Lovely stay for a couple nights in Portland! Apartment was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Host was kind enough to get us a parking permit and let us park in the driveway when the street parking wasn’t available due to tree trimming. 10/10 would stay again! »
