"While the building itself is a little dated from the outside, the room was very clean, bright and spacious. I prefer firmer beds/pillows so it was a little too soft for me, but this doesn't apply for everyone obviously. The lake is beautiful - highly recommend waking up for sunrise! "

"We loved the peacefulness of the river being right there. I loved that downtown was so close. But it felt like being faraway. Only problem with our age was all the stairs. Our one pet had to be carried up. Which was hard to do. Other then that awesome stay. Loved it"

"We were very happy with the place. Peaceful, nice, and close to everything. Well supplied kitchen, good barbecue, and way more beds than we needed. Place has a basketball hoop, a volleyball court, and enough green space to place soccer with a small group of people. The river is good for swimming, shallow in the shore but deep as you jump from the dock. Everything was clean and in working order. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay at this place."

"We very much enjoyed an impromptu weekend escape to this adorable little cabin. If we had wanted to cook more there was everything we needed. But we ate out and Bracebridge is nice and close. There was nothing we felt was missing. The weather wasn’t great so we ended up exploring up to Huntsville too. The cabin was immaculately clean. We would definitely stay again.
