"The view is beautiful! Our fur babies stay for free which is always a plus. Only downfall was that it wasn’t to clean there was a piece of bacon left on the chair in the room and a wash cloth left in the shower. We notified the front desk she apologized and gave us a pack of chocolates."

"The hotel was amazing. Magical property with so many beautiful stories about how it was developed. The front desk staff on check should have given us the or made us aware of the daily activities on property. Would have been nice to have utilized them. She was also useless at restaurant recommendations. Thank goodness for our phones. But I loved the hotel, our room, location & everything's else. Would stay again"

"The bedding for the pullout bed wasn’t super clean. Front desk was very apologetic and quickly got clean bedding for us. Our party of 8 (four adults and four kids) were all very pleased with breakfast. Lots of options and well prepared. Didn’t use the pool but look busy and clean. Rooms were ok. One room’s carpet could use a good shampoo. Unfortunately, somewhat expected in an “pet friendly” room. (Yes, we were traveling with a small dog) Other room had a missing tile in the bathroom. And we found the missing remote under the pullout bed when packing up to leave. Little details like that that just make you wonder. Rooms were well insulated, very little sound traveled into rooms. Air conditioning work very well, definitely a plus. Staff was fantastic! Friendly and very helpful."
